Scholarships: As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Cam CommUnity provides scholarship programming to any student in need. For more information or support, please reach out to [email protected]

Cancelation policy: As a 501(c) 3 organization all contributions, including programming, are donation based and in turn are considered tax deductible; therefore no refunds will be available. If you need to cancel programming for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible and our team will credit your account to be used for any programming within the calendar year. While your child will be remove from the session, please note you will not be refunded. Families not wishing for a credit can choose to have their balance apply as a contribution to helps CU fulfill their mission to ensure all children are afforded the opportunity to succeed in life beyond the classroom. Our organization is committed to providing free and low cost access to both our facility and programming to community students that expose them to entrepreneurial skills to help better prepare them for their future. We thank you for your contributions and your understanding.

Late Pick-Up Fee: CU After-Hour care is provided until 6pm. Any parent arriving after 6pm will be charged $2 a minute for up to 60 minutes. If child is not picked up by 7pm, in line with our policy we will notify emergency services. Payment is due at pick-up.

Additionally, please note that participation in out of school time programming is considered an optional, extra curricular activity and while we follow district protocol on discipline, sickness, and child engagement, we also have additional rules and limited resources. While we pride ourselves on inclusivity and do everything in our power to support ALL children, we acknowledge at times a child's needs might exceed our abilities. In the rare occurrence that this happens, we may not be able to offer care. Students may also be removed from programming for behavioral issues; however any student removal will not come as a surprise as we'll have numerous intervention opportunities prior.
